Pieces must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags, dust bags, boxes and packaging. Fine jewellery, fragrance and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 21 days of inspection at our warehouse; your bank may take a further 3–5 business days. Import charges paid to the carrier are separate from your order refund.
